We are now offering a full Lift Clean Down to help protect against Covid 19 as part of our lift maintenance schedule. We will be doing this free of charge for our existing customers, ensuring the lift interior, pushes and lift doors are cleaned with bacterial disinfectant. This will help to protect our customers against Coronavirus. We were recently contacted by a existing client who was looking for a new lift maintenance agreement for a high ened retail unit based in Middlesbrough. Our client is a leading North East property management company based in Newcastle and they have recently taken over the retail unit in the North East.

Our brief was to attend site to carry out one of our free site surveys to determine suitability for going reliability as well as health and safety compliance. Following our survey we submitted a detailed lift proposal which was accepted by the client.

We attended site within 7 days to carry out various works to ensure that the lift would provide lasting reliability as the lift was critical to the buildings people flow. In addition we upgraded various items to ensure that the Health and Safety of all concerned with the lift was enhanced.

On successful completion of the works we were subsequently awarded a 5 year lift maintenance agreement to enhance and build upon our strengthening links to one of the North East’s leading property management companies.
